Peer Advisory Groups

During group meetings, members exchange ideas and give each other the honest feedback they rarely get within their own company. These problem-solving sessions focus on individual members and general topics of interest.

We keep these sessions productive with set rules of engagement that focus on the issue presented, the background story, what would be the ideal result, are there risks involved, and what you need from the group in the form of suggestions, ideas, and more. Then summarize the suggestions and decide on a plan of action. Focused, intelligent offerings that produce results.

Executive Chair

The Executive Chair guides the group discussions and meets with each member for to-one executive coaching to dive deeper into member issues.

One-To-One Executive Coaching

The chair meets with each of their CE members where individual issues, problems and/or opportunities, are explored in-depth.

  • Identifies key business and personal issues
  • Helps with preparation for the group sessions
  • Pushes for the implementation of goals, ideas, and promises
  • Encourages bonding with the group as a very special team built to help everyone in the group succeed

World-Class Speakers

Business experts make presentations on techniques needed to help members run their businesses efficiently and assist them with personal and professional growth.
